The ingredients are:

Pastry: Canola oil, lemon juice, salt, rice flour, white flour
Filling: Carrots, corn, coriander, coriander powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, ginger paste, green chilli powder, lemon juice, peas, potatoes, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, tumeric

Our Samosas will be chilled on collection. They can be heated and consumed straight away or be placed in your freezer.

To best prepare your Samosas:

Instructions: Thaw from freezer before use.
To re-heat: Either shallow fry in hot oil OR put into a hot oven or a sandwich maker until heated through. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.

Our Samosas will easily last in the freezer for a long time. It is best to consume them within six weeks. Buy more packs to indulge over the coming weeks.
